Illinois Haflinger Association

The Illinois Haflinger Association, a non-profit organization, was formed to promote the Haflinger horse through shows, demonstrations, sales, social activities, and other events. The Association was formed on December 15, 1990 in Arthur, Illinois with 29 family members. Since that time, the membership has grown from families from Illinois and the surrounding states.

Membership in the Association costs only $25.00 per year. This entitles the family to receive the Association newsletter, to participate in all IHA events, and have voting privileges. You can also become a non-voting member and just receive the newsletter for only $12.50 per year. Members have access to the IHA farm directory and receive advance information of sales and other events around the Midwest. Also as a member you can advertise any horse related item or horse you might want to sell free on the Associations web site or put your horse's picture on the bulletin board.
